A variety of classes are offered daily, and throughout the day, to accommodate your busy schedule. Our state-of-the-art facility, has everything you need for a great cardio and or weight training workout.  Remember you can burn 700-1000 calories an hour!

After School Program Like No Other!

Kids participate in: Youth Judo on Monday; Kids Cardio Kickboxing; Tuesday; Jiu-Jitsu, obstacle course Dance Wednesday; Kids parachute power hour Judo Thursday; Fun Stetch, Fun Dance, Yoga cool down Friday. We want your child to love where they go AFTER SCHOOL. Call us! Before and After school programs include: Martial Arts and Cardio workouts each day, homework/quiet time, Parents night out, healthy snack included too! After school till 6 pm. Am drop off too! Pick up from Georgia Okeeffe, John Baker, Sy Jackson, North Star! Call our Program Director Stefanie for information on Fall of 2011.
