8wk BOOT CAMP!
Basic 8 week Fitness kicks extreme program includes, food journal, Fitness KICKS t-shirt, 2 extra boot camp classes a week just for 8 week challengers!
*Boot Camps held on Saturdays 8am and Sundays 2pm.
Winning Categories:
Top two people who attend the most classes / boot camps- Must swipe card at desk for each gym visit to get credit! Also sign in at boot camp classes, Top man and woman body mass loss winners, Best final half page Essay-Fill out essay page in journal and turn in at the end. Get a reward when you try new classes by getting signatures of instructors on the try a class journal page and turn it in.
