At Fitness Kicks, we offer a variety of ways to help get you in shape! Below is a description of our classes. Don't forget, we also offer personal training, weightlifting and cardio equipment during our business hours. Please call us if you have any questions.
Basic Training: Are
you ready to “kick it up a notch?” Challenge
yourself with this class consisting of punch, kick, and athletic drill
combinations in our bag room. Join us
with fun, easy-to-follow drills that will keep your heart pumping and melt your
fat away. Come kick, punch, squat, run
and tone your way into shape! This is
great for all skill levels. Work at your
own pace to get the most out of one of most popular classes.
Beginner Kempo Karate: Our Black Belt instructor provides
self-defense techniques by teaching the basics of stand-up fighting, ground
fighting, throws, pressure points, chokes and joint manipulation. This class is for all skill levels and great
for those wanting to learn how to defend themselves and build self-confidence.
Beginner Kickboxing/Muay Thai: This class teaches kickboxing
fundamentals and techniques, while providing a great cardiovascular workout.
You will learn how to throw perfect punches, knees and kicks, while getting fit
at the same time! These skills will help
you with our other cardio kick classes so you’re learning the right
way to execute punch/kick combinations.
Body Sculpting: This class combines weights, kettle bells,
plyometrics and body weight exercises to target all major muscle groups. Our instructors
will help you tone and strengthen your body using exercises such as
squats, balance exercises, core work and upper body circuits. All fitness levels are welcome to join and
build both muscular strength and endurance in this class!
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art,
combat sport, and a self-defense system that focuses on grappling and
especially ground fighting. It teaches
that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger,
stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique—most notably by
applying joint-locks and choke holds to defeat the other person. We offer several classes throughout the week

Cardio Inferno: If you want a great way to rev up your metabolism, this class is for you! We use a series of fast paced cardio drills to burn hundreds of calories in this 45-minute workout. There are nine Tabata “rounds”, lasting four minutes each that use body weight exercises, core work, and plyometrics to improve muscle endurance and cardio strength. Bring a towel, it’s guaranteed to make you sweat!
Cardio Kick: This class combines kicks and
punches into a high-intensity aerobic workout.
We use our bag room to work on your technique while melting calories
away. This class is designed for people
seeking a fun-filled, powerful workout!
Our instructors will give you an hour of high-energy combinations and
drills. This is a great class for all
fitness levels. We will work with you to
modify your exercises based on your fitness level.
Cardio Kick Butt: It’s named this because it does! This is a
variation of the Cardio Kick class that literally gets your butt in shape. In addition to punch/kick combinations, our
instructor adds exercises designed to tone your rear end. If you want to work your butt off, this is a
great class to do so!
Cardio Kick with Kettle Bells: This class expands on the
Cardio Kick class by bringing in kettle bells to add that extra challenge. By combining punch-kick combinations with
kettle bell exercises, you can be sure you’ll get a phenomenal workout that
will develop that lean, sculpted body you’re looking for.
Circuit Training: Kick off your weekend with our full-body circuit training. Our instructors vary exercises and station duration to challenge you by working on your cardio and muscular endurance. This is a great way to get stronger and burn calories quickly!
Fab Abs and Bootylicious: If you want to have these two things, this class will help you get there! We will help you tighten these two areas by focusing on exercises emphasizing the core and butt areas.
Kettle Bells: Kettle bells are a great exercise tool that
we use to help you lose weight, tone up, improve your fitness and get
stronger. Kettle bell training can help
you achieve your overall fitness goals by using exercises that are fun,
challenging and proven to make a difference in your fitness levels.
Kickboxing: A class designed to teach you real
kickboxing fundamentals. Our instructor
will go over the proper way to throw a punches and kicks and combine that with
cardio exercises. This class will
strengthen and sculpt the entire body, improve flexibility and burn
Total Body Conditioning: TBC is a class that uses body
weight exercises, resistance training, and weights to help you sculpt your
body! Shape and tone your core, back,
chest, shoulders, and legs in this workout designed to help you get the body
you’re looking for.
Yoga: Come strengthen as you lengthen your body with our yoga classes. Yoga uses postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. It encourages proper alignment of the body and brings balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner.
